“The child is turning three, and she has not lived a single day under a peaceful sky,” says displaced woman Liliya with sadness. She is from Pokrovsk. She left the city twice. The first time was in March 2022. But financial difficulties forced her to return home. The second time, Liliya left Pokrovsk in August 2024, when the evacuation of children was announced. She now lives in Dnipro, and survival is difficult. Hubs and charitable foundations provide great support, in particular aid from the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, which her family even shares with others.
