Svitlana is originally from Sartana. First, she had to survive the destruction of her village, and then the endless bombardment of Mariupol. Several dozen people died in the high-rise building where she lived.

Due to the constant danger, she was able to cook over a fire only once a day. During the time she spent in the blockaded city, she lost 15 kilograms.
